Lots of yellow drawings!

I really couldn't think of a better title...I guess I could have put some more thought into it. But I really just wanted to post up this book and everything is super random content wise. So I said what the hell, here it goes!

DROOL

I just finished a sketchbook for the Brooklyn art library and mailed it up early this week.
Here's a digital copy of what I sent.

Plenty to drool over

At first when I started my sketchbook dedicated to drool I wanted to make everything disgusting. After a while I started to think of drool as the objects and ideals we drool over.

Skull and hot pink drool!

Decided to draw a chrome skull with hot pink drool tonight. Chrome is always fun to use and I like the contrast of bright pink and lime green. The color combination reminds me of the Sex Pistols album 'Never mind the bolocks, here's the Sex Pistols.'

# death star

After drawing a dollar sign necklace I thought the next best thing would be the pound symbol. Oh yeah and the sweet Return of the Jedi version of the Death Star too.

Robots are always so straight forward and to the point. What if some robots make a couple mistakes and get stresses out. I thought that would be a cool concept to portray.

Slobbery, slimy, distasteful, and covered in drool

A few new drawings in my new sketch book I'm working on with the theme of drool. Enjoy or be disgusted.

Skeleton

Completed this a couple weeks ago on some tiny canvases. Finally was able to use the silver paint Cami gave me for my birthday.

New year, new sketch book, new ideas and some old ones of course...

Last year my buddy Peter Delgado and I decided to do a drawing a day. Instead of diving in and doing the whole year our selves we decided to switch off every month to make it a little easier to keep up and motivated as well.

This year we decided to be daring and work on two separate books with the same motivator as last year of passing the books back and forth. Almost a couple months down and a few to go.
